CAP-COMM
is a listserv for the Civil Air Patrol communicator.
Neither the listserv nor this website are official functions the Civil Air
Patrol organization, although the owner currently serves at Communications
TEam Leader on the CAP National Staff.

CAP-COMM was created
June 30, 1995 and was the first of the "professional" listservs through what
is now the sempervigilans.org domain. This website has existed in
various incarnations and on various servers during that time.
CAP-COMM is intended as a discussion
group for a wide range of topics relevant to the CAP communications program.
