| CAP-PAO was created in 1997 as a "professional" listserv through what is now the sempervigilans.org domain. This website has existed in various incarnations and on various servers during that time.
CAP-PAO is intended as a discussion
group for a wide range of topics relevant to the CAP communications program.

He is a tenured Full Professor of Electronic Media/Mass Communication at Wayne State College, Wayne, NE. In previous lives has been a broadcast journalist and a fund raiser for nonprofit organizations. He has held a variety of CAP mission qualifications, up through Incident Commander.
